How to delete your Apexminds account and data

Important Warning

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including mood logs, journal entries, chat history, and progress will be permanently removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Apexminds App

Launch the Apexminds app on your mobile device and make sure you are logged in to your account.

Go to Profile Page

Tap on the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar or access your profile from the menu.

Find Delete Account Option

Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option in your profile settings.

Confirm Deletion

Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your decision. You may be asked to enter your password or confirm via a prompt.

Account & Data Removed

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

What Data Will Be Deleted

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • All mood logs and tracking history
  • Journal entries and notes
  • AI chat conversation history
  • Quiz results and assessments
  • Progress tracking and journey data
  • Subscription information (subscription will be cancelled)

About Subscriptions

If you have an active Premium subscription, deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
